Renee Morgan began prosecuting misdemeanors in law school with the Atlanta City Solicitor’s Office under the Georgia 3L Practice Act. She continued to pursue the inside of the courtroom in civil litigation and criminal defense, developing a multi-faceted litigation style designed to move cases through litigation quickly and to place pressure on opposing parties to compromise.

An active litigator in the State of Georgia since 2012, Renee will reach 14 years of practice in December 2026 and has tried cases in magistrate, state, and federal courts on a regular basis throughout her career. She has won dozens of bench and jury trials across a wide range of practice areas, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, commercial litigation, business and criminal torts, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, defamation, and toxic torts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. That diverse courtroom experience has sharpened litigation skills she uses to negotiate higher settlements and give her clients greater certainty both before and after a lawsuit is filed.

Today, Renee is a national trial attorney handling complex civil matters. She practices in state and federal courts throughout Georgia and has served as pro hac vice counsel in Florida, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, and California, where she has successfully resolved cases on behalf of her clients. Over the course of her career, she has helped clients obtain millions of dollars through settlement and trial.
